to take up space, you freeze. These are the five scenes we rehearse.
RELATIONAL SCENES
Boundaries with a loved one.
The hard conversation with a spouse or family member. Saying no even when it upsets them and staying in your body while you do it.
SELL SCENES
The pitch on a live.
Great at the content, freeze the second it's time to sell. The words vanish. The offer stays stuck in your throat. We rehearse that exact moment until it flows.
CENTER STAGE
Talking about yourself.
On stage or as a podcast guest, without shrinking into a smaller version of who you are. The spotlight hits. We make sure you're ready for it.
OUTREACH SCENES
DMs & discovery calls.
